Non-metered domestic and all metered customer except tax deductible at source can pay gas bill through MFS ('Rocket', 'Nogod', Bkash).
From 1 October 2020 Gas bill payment at ICB Islami Bank Ltd. stopped due to unavoidable circumstances.

Commercial Connection
As per the notification by Energy and Mineral Resources Division, the new connections/load increments of new commercial customer are currently stopped. However, the connection of the customers who are approved by the committee is being processed.
Required Documents
Renewed trade license for the current year.- Bank certificate regarding financial solvency.
- 2 (two) copies of passport size attested photographs of the applicant.
- Proof of ownership of premises (Deed/ Holding No./ Rent Receipt of any one).
- Rent agreement in case of rented premises (in which the matters related to gas connection and payment of bills shall be mentioned). In this case, 6 (six) months security deposit has to be provided.
- 4 (four) copies of the plan of the proposed internal pipe line.
- Technical catalog of gas installations (in case of boiler/dryer/oven etc.)
(If it is not possible to provide technical catalog of locally manufactured / assembled and old equipment, then the detailed description should be submitted along with drawings. In this case, the load of the equipment should be rescheduled after commissioning).
