Captive Power Connection
For the gas connection, the applicant should collect the prescribed application form (from prescribed bank/ company’s Zone/Regional offices/ photocopy/ download from website etc.) on his own initiative. After duly filling the application form, the following documents and application fee of Tk.300/- (it may change) should be deposited through the cross check or Pay-order at the Head office or the Zone/Regional Office. During the time of submission the application form, the customer can buy a copy of the gas connection regulations booklet.
