Non-metered domestic and all metered customer except tax deductible at source can pay gas bill through MFS ('Rocket', 'Nogod', Bkash).
From 1 October 2020 Gas bill payment at ICB Islami Bank Ltd. stopped due to unavoidable circumstances.

Captive Power Connection
For the gas connection, the applicant should collect the prescribed application form (from prescribed bank/ company’s Zone/Regional offices/ photocopy/ download from website etc.) on his own initiative. After duly filling the application form, the following documents and application fee of Tk.300/- (it may change) should be deposited through the cross check or Pay-order at the Head office or the Zone/Regional Office. During the time of submission the application form, the customer can buy a copy of the gas connection regulations booklet.
Required Documents
2 (two) copies of passport size attested photographs of the applicant.- Trade license.
- TIN certificate.
- Memorandum of Articles and Association and Certificate of Incorporation in case of registered company.
- Documentary proof of land ownership (deed/ holding number/ slip/ rent receipt; anyone).
- Rent agreement (which will mention gas connection and bill payment) if installed at rented premises. In this case, 6 (six) months security deposit must be provided.
- Factory layout plan.
- 4 (four) copies of the plan of the proposed gas pipeline.
- Technical Catalog of Building Gas Equipment.
(If it is not possible to provide technical catalog of locally manufactured / assembled and old equipment, then the detailed description should be submitted along with drawings. In this case, the load of the equipment should be rescheduled after commissioning).
